OUTLAW JUNKIES

The Outlaw Junkies are one of today's hottest regional country acts on the road! They have performed at fairs, festivals, concert venues nationwide and opened for many national acts including RCA recording artist ALABAMA. They were the 2002 regional finalist in the Colgate Country Showdown as well as the back up band for the competition previous years. In 2007 the group showcased for the Kansas and Missouri fairs and festivals associations and performed for over 90 county fairs, state fairs and festivals working with The Oak Ridge Boys, Bellamy Brothers, Mark Chesnutt, Trent Tomlinson and rock groups including the Nelsons and the legendary Jordanaires.

The Outlaw Junkies are experts at blending the old and new, rock and country along with new original music. They love to entertain and are passionate at what they do and it shows in their live concerts.  Don't miss this act!

MAKING MOVIES

Taking a break from our usual "New Country" line up, we bring you brothers Enrique and Diego Chi with their band named "Making Movies". Making Movies fuses Afro-Cuban rhythms with indie sensibilities and bi-lingual songs. The Panamanian natives teamed up with drummer Brendan Culp and percussionist Juan-Carlos Chaurand to create their unique sound. Their independent debut album, In Deo Speramus has taken the band across the United States opening for respected artists including Ozomatli, Los Lobos, Cursive and Delta Spirit.

Making Movies will have a busy 2012. Just in time for KCRiverFest, they will have completed recording their sophomore album under the guidance of legendary artist and producer Steve Berlin. Berlin, best known as the saxophonist in the Grammy Winning rock group Los Lobos, has worked with renowned artists such as Paul Simon, John Lee Hooker, Ozomatli, Gomez, REM, The Replacements and most recently Deertick!

OUTLAW JIM & THE WHISKEY BENDERS

Outlaw Jim (Eaton) & The Whiskey Benders have blown into town to raise the roof and entertain all the many ramblers in search of good music, and great honky-tonking times.

They travel extensively in the Midwest and South, playing festivals, concerts, private events, as well as the beloved honky-tonks along the way. The Whiskey Benders have played the Grand Ole' Opry Plaza Parties in Nashville, as well as the famous venues on lower Broadway.

They have opened for Billy Joe Shaver, David Allan Coe, John Michael Montgomery, Blake Shelton, Colt Ford, Jason Michael Carroll, Jackson Taylor, Josh Gracin, Lo Cash Cowboys, Justin Moore, Carolina Rain and many more, including Y'allapalooza.

Playing sing-along favorites and a unique list of original songs, many are comparing Jim Eaton to the original outlaws, but with a flair all their own.

TRAVIS MARVIN

Travis Marvin, affectionately known as T-Marv to thousands of fans throughout the Midwest, is one of the hottest country artists on the scene today. Travis is one of the premier country artists in the region, offering a high energy, tight, professional quality show specifically designed to headline larger venues, fairs and festivals.
A favorite of the local radio stations, this hot country artist is taking audiences by storm with his dynamic stage presence and exceptional vocals.

The band offers shows consisting of several original songs along with current cover tunes that everyone can recognize and sing along with. You'll soon be hearing lots more about Travis Marvin - his two new singles "That's the Way We Roll" and "Don't Say That" are due to be a huge hit at the festival this year!

T-Marv has shared the stage with many of today's biggest country acts, including Jerrod Niemann, John Rich, Lee Brice, Brad Paisley, Craig Morgan, Luke Bryan, Clay Walker, Blake Shelton, the Eli Young Band, The Band Perry, Marty Haggard, Diamond Rio and many others.

DUSTIN LYNCH

Dustin Lynch and Broken Bow Records released "Cowboys and Angels" in January of 2012, receiving immediate accolades across the country for the debut single.  They are now working on his debut album with producer Brett Beavers (Dierks Bentley) and engineer Luke Wooten (Brad Paisley, Sunny Sweeney) - soon to be blanketing the Country Airwaves!

March 2nd marked Dustin's first appearance at the world-famous Grand Ole Opry.  Dustin makes his KCRiverFest debut on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012.  KCRiverFest is one of the largest Fourth of July Celebrations in the Midwest, and has served as a premiere vehicle for many rising stars in the entertainment industry.

USAF BAND OF MID-AMERICA - The Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble

The Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble is a group of 18 professional enlisted musicians whose repertoire ranges from traditional big band jazz, to bebop and swing, to modern jazz.  Several of the band's members are also gifted composers and arrangers, and their compositions are frequently featured in their concert performances.  Expect to hear the classic sounds of Count Basie and Glenn Miller interspersed with unique arrangements from this talented group.  Whether performing for heads of state or for our troops both home and abroad, the Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble reflects the heritage and pride of our great nation and the United States Air Force!
